Trojan Gold Inc. is a mineral exploration company trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol TGII, on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol KC1. Led by a talented team of professionals having significant exploration, engineering, project financing and permitting experience; Trojan has accumulated sizeable land positions in the Hemlo Gold Camp and Shebandowan Greenstone Belt that represent outstanding mineral exploration potential.

Specifically, management’s research focus is to identify exploration opportunities where potential has been under-exploited due to poor market conditions, management interest.
TGI holds a 50% joint-venture interest in the 4,428 acre Hemlo South Property with Tashota Resources (a related company). The property is situated in the Hemlo Gold Camp, 35 km east of Marathon, Ontario. TGI also holds a 100% interest in the 12,049 acre Watershed Property located 100 km west of the city of Thunder Bay and situated in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt.

THE HEMLO SOUTH PROPERTY
Trojan Gold has a 50% joint-venture interest in the Hemlo South property with Tashota Resources, a related company. Trojan Gold is the operator of this 4,428 acre property which consists of 8 mining claims and a total of 89 claim units.
The Hemlo South property is located 35 kms east of the town of Marathon Ontario and 350 kms east of Thunder Bay Ontario. within 1,200 metres of the Williams Mine operated by Barrick Gold Corp.
Trojan’s Hemlo South Property is in the world class Hemlo Gold Mining Camp. The camp has produced more than 21 million ounces of gold and has operated continuously for more than 30 years.
THE WATERSHED PROPERTY
Trojan Gold has a 100% interest in the 12,049 acre Watershed property consisting of 184 mining claims in the Shebandowan Gold Camp (known for its historical gold, copper, nickel, palladium resources). The property is 110 km west of Thunder Bay, ON and has all-season access.
The Watershed property is adjacent to the Moss Lake exploration property owned by Goldshore Resources Inc., which has 4.0 million ounces in gold resources (1.4 million measured and indicated and 2.6 million inferred, according to Goldshore’s website).
The Watershed Property is also adjacent to the Larose Property which has been the subject of substantial work performed by Freewest Resources (later acquired by Cliffs Resources Canada Inc.) and now owned by Tashota Resources Inc. (TRI), a related company.
